Who are we and why have we started this service?

Welcome to our new business.

MTEC has been set up to support the work based learning sector in the UK to find staff and support providers of education, training and employability.

The sector is going through a significant period of change, we know because we have lived and breathed it ourselves. We have experience within our team of delivery, sales, finance and administration. We have been direct contract holders, sub-contractors and have been through the good, the bad and the ugly!

Collectively, we understand the need to be responsive and we know how time consuming recruitment can be. As we have such a strong understanding of this, we are offering a recruitment service at all levels which has a fixed introductory rate of £999 per person. If you are a provider who is recruiting five people, that fee is fixed for all five!

We won't tie you into a commitment, you are welcome to use as many different recruitment partners as you like, but we will work hard to understand your needs and provide you with a service that fits your needs.

We have an existing network of Delivery staff and IQAs who will also be able to support with any short term requirements you may have, whether it be a short term contract, a recovery plan or something just outside of your normal geographical area. Talk to us about flexible payment options, we understand that some providers don't get paid the same as others!
